mmm mmm good...

I wanted to welcome my sister, Gina, and nephew, ALex, with a treat they could not resist.  After a long day of traveling I thought vegan chocolate chip - oatmeal and flax cookies would hit the spot! This was my first attempt at the vegan culinary adventure. They smell delightful! If they turn out to be a hit I will share the secret recipe.
